1. Are your signs painted or do you use vinyl?
Our signs are 100% painted and made to order for each and every customer. Our signs are hand painted using a custom created stencil to ensure perfection.
2. Are these durable?
Yes! First, we start out with a high grade wood glue to keep everything tightly together. Next, we nail down every slat to ensure extra durability for your sign.
3. Does my sign come with a hanger on the back to hang?
Yes! We include hangers for every single sign. You are welcome to use your own hanging Hardware as well, we include hangers that we Recommend using.
4. What is the current turn around time?
As of July 2017, our turn around time is about 2 weeks. Each sign is made to order! Sometimes we do have your sign on hand and can mail it right away, but typically we start from scratch with each and every order because of the ability to customize. Each sign is made in the order it was Received and we typically try to ship sooner than 2 weeks when possible. If you have questions on a turn around time please email us. 5. Do you offer rush ordering?
Yes we do! Please see this listing to see rush order options available! We can ship in as soon as 24 hours if an order needs that quick of a rush.
6. Can I request a custom size on a custom sign or a sign you have listed?
Yes! We can typically do ANY size, colors, and design! Contact us through firstname.lastname@example.org to make any special sizing requests.
7. Do you offer local pickup?
We do! There is an option to select local pickup when checking out. you will be emailed when your sign is all ready top pick up so we can set up a time. Local pickup is available in Mesa, Arizona and Provo, Utah.
8. Can I see a proof of my custom sign before you make it?
Of course! I always send a proof to make sure you approve the sign before it is made. Proofs reflect exactly how the sign will look, but are sent in black and white. For example, a proof will be made showing design and fonts exactly how they will look on the size you purchased. Colors will not be reflected because I cannot match computer colors to my paint colors, however, your sign will be painted in the colors you did request. There are no returns on signs sent where a proof was approved previously.
9. Do you ship outside of the US?
We don't show the option at checkout, but if you are located outside of the United States and would like a sign, please email is at email@example.com with your address and we can send a shipping quote to you. We are happy to ship outside the states upon request!
10. When will I get a proof?
Proofs are sent about a week or so before your sign is painted. If you would like to see a proof sooner, please email me and i will send one to you sooner than normal. The reason we send proofs about a week before a sign is finished is because I prefer to keep everything in the order it was Received. I am happy to accommodate special requests :)
Signs are shipped as soon as they are finished. Turn around time is currently 2 weeks (give or take a few days) Please message me directly if you need a more specific answer. Turn around time does not include shipping time. Once shipped. sign will be delivered within 2-7 business days depending on how far you are away from Arizona.
Signs are shipped via Fedex or USPS, Once the sign is in their hands, Framed is not responsible with any delays in shipment. If package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier so we can get the issue taken care of.
Although there are no returns, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your sign! If anything is not as expected, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If there are any issues.
Please note that proofs are sent for custom signs and upon request. Once a proof is approved, you sign will be made exactly as it appears on the proof. Proofs are made in black in white and actual sign will be made in colors requested. There will be no returns on signs where proofs were approved beforehand.
Please ensure you are familiar with our turn around time listed on each listing as returns will not be aloud if you were expecting a sooner arrival date then what is stated at purchase without speaking with us beforehand and making arrangements by purchasing a rush listing to your order.
Every Pallet Is Different And Each Has Different Blemishes And Grooves. Please Realize We Use Very High Quality Wood But What You See Pictured Will Vary As Slightly As Possible Per Sign That Is Made. Each Sign Is Hand Crafted & Painted Thus Making The Designs Possibly Also Differ Slightly From The Picture In The Listing. Please Contact us With Any Questions!
If Sign Is Dropped, It May Break. Framed/ Candace And Jason Shiflet And All Employees Are Not Responsible If Injury Is Caused Because Of A Sign Hung Incorrectly Or Falls Off Wall Due To Not Taking Care And Proper Precautions When Hanging. In Case Of Splinter, Use Proper Care To Remove From Area Affected immediately.
If you would like to cancel an order, you may do so within 48 hours of purchase. After 48 hours we typically begin the process of creating your sign and can no longer allow cancelations. Please message us if you have any concerns or questions regarding this policy and we thank you for understanding! If a cancelation is made after 48 hours, a 20% restocking fee will be withheld from the refund. We apprciate your understanding!
